Web Agent, Plenari’s online data collection program, is more than just ‘another online survey program’.
Certainly, Web Agent has all the functionality that is typically required from online survey programs and more. With Web Agent the user can simply deploy, distribute and manage questionnaires over the internet.
While Web Agent does all of this with ease, what makes it truly unique is its integration with other programs from the Plenari suite.
Questionnaire’s designed in Q’Create can be deployed directly to Web Agent (and simultaneously to CATI Agent or CAPI Agent, should the project require multiple data collection methods). This avoids having to work with multiple systems and consequently saves time.
Furthermore, data collected through Web Agent can be simply exported to Plenari’s advanced analysis and reporting tool, Plenari Investigator.
